★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I suspected there was a dead bird above the ceiling so I contacted them. The PiC knew that I need it urgently due to the rotten smell, thus quoted a ridiculous price. I have no choice but to go ahead because no other pest control companies are available. In the end, this company sent a staff over but he has an injured leg and couldn’t climb. End up have to wait for his other colleague to come. After searching more than 30 mins, they can’t find the carcass although there was a strong rotten smell. In the end, they gave up. The staff insisted i do not need to pay as they cannot find the carcass. However i pay rm50 as a compensation for their efforts. After they left, the boss instructed them to call me and insisted for me to make the full payment even though they can’t solve my problem. The boss is very arrogant too.
