Decided to expand my SSD storage, originally was planning to purchase online with about RM20 cheaper, but I am glad I made the correct decision by going back to Idealtech. Very good service with free installation and dust cleaning. Also gave me good suggestions on an alternative product which seems to be better. Did I also mention that Idealtech customers get additional discounts on upgrades? Special shoutout to MK who had done an extremely good job! Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad I chose IdealTech as my pc provider. It's been 4 years, sent my pc to this branch for a diagnosis of my power supply. They diagnosed that it was just caused by daily wear and tear. The professional technicians recommended that I upgraded my power supply too, since I plan to upgrade in the future. Thanks Richard for that! They provided dust cleaning, cable management, and also stress testing services! The team was very determined to solve the issues that came with stress testing. They wanted to ensure that I have the best performance my components could offer. Even though I had to wait for a week and maybe more, I have 0 complaints. They treat my pc as if it was their own. Best service I've ever seen. Thanks Richard, Leon and John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff members. I have seen their staffs explaining thoroughly even if you are not familiar with PC parts. The place is tidy and well organised.
GPU price (full build only) is reasonable. If you're looking for a new PC build and you can afford, they are the best. After-service so far is great, they will answer your questions with patience.

The 1st was frm pandan indah...
2nd was at the new shop at ampang...
Their service level had never drop. Their technicians spends lots of time servicing, explaining n suggesting, irregardless if its a done deal or not. They are really really good at what they do... richard is very friendly n patiently explains n suggest. Very good staff
Many had argued their price are generally more expensive than others. But their service is definitely top notch for the price, warranty claims, after sales return service, diagnostic, etc are all free of charge as long as ur parts is by them n the pc is built by them.
The pj branch of course is much more organized, clean, much cozy. Lots of area to walk around. Got 2 dedicated parking. Dont come during 5-6pm... the road in front very super jam.

Their ‘direction’ and efforts to give best after sales services to customer are applaudable. Highly recommendable to whom can work independently with minimum supervision here as they also value and care about their staff here (great boss and collegues).
