★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic seller.. Bought HP laptop through Lazada.. within 4 to 5 days the laptop started hanging and the screen getting off.. When I tried to contact the shop through lazada they never responded, When I did the return within 15 days frame and sent the laptop back they rejected my return.. The laptop I bought is of RM2800 and it is a defective one.. not sure why they are not returning it.. Very bad seller no value for customer feeling any hard earned money.. Do not go to this seller..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought laptop and HP added purchase of 3rd year warranty from Lazada on 11.11
Until today, I am waiting for a voucher keycode from their customer service. It's been almost 2 months. They will never tell me when I am getting the keycode, always tell me they are checking. And I have been chasing them since I bought it on 11 November. I tried to go direct to HP for help, but HP couldn't help as well, citing that this is not a HP flagship store.

A lady attended to my requests and complaints. She's also called me back to update me on my order and request. I am really happy that my complaints was treated fast and accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walked in after checked stock availability in lazada, but unfortunately the stock was actually at the warehouse thus need to wait about an hour for them to transfer the stock. it is better to call the store first to check stock before coming to buy things.
nevertheless, had good experience with friendly staff.
