Bought pc from idealtech on 2017 and they provide free service for your pc. Staff explain patiently and provide useful information when i trying to understand more of pc. Of course they do help me resolve my pc problem and explain clearly what is the issue and what should i avoid for the next time. Just to add on, they help me win a single draft dota game as well?

Their ‘direction’ and efforts to give best after sales services to customer are applaudable. Highly recommendable to whom can work independently with minimum supervision here as they also value and care about their staff here (great boss and collegues).

Even when I got my PC my microphone and audio weren't working. I contacted Ideal Tech and they helped me fixed the issue, if you ever want to build or buy a PC Ideal Tech is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and follow up provided by Adam of Ideal Tech Setia Alam. Made a custom rig through their website and they provided their recommendations to further improve my build. Obtained the PC through LaLaMove and arrived perfectly packed with all boxes of the cpu parts and cables accounted for along with invoice and QC form. Will most definitely work with them again for a new rig in the future??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my PC yesterday, and it was awesome! It is super fast!. I really appreciate that it was completed earlier than expected. Truly appreciate it!
The workmanship is superb, everything was nicely set up and all the cable was managed nicely to my liking. I notice that there is even an RGB GPU Holder installed together. I really like it and truly appreciate it.
This is my first pc built, and I am really glad I went to Idealtech. The final product is way beyond my imagination and expectation.
This is a work of art to me. Thank you again Choon and Chen and all Team of Idealtech. I have nothing other than respect and admiration to you all.
I surely will return to Idealtech for the upgrades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to get your PC built, you give a budget then they give you a list of parts.
For me though, I used a PC Package on their website and then they gave me the list of it (i also asked for some upgrades) . It took less than a week for assembly.
-They don't fuss around and waste time, I asked questions like the AIO Radiator mounting position (because i have a preferable mounting position in the case) and they answered fairly quickly.
-All of the communication was done through Messenger/WhatsApp, and it was fairly done quick that I never actually called them and they never called me.
(This is an early review, posted 2 days after my PC was built, so if anything happens, i will update with a new one. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend, the stuff here very good and responsibilities. They will update time to time and give solution. The price here almost same to lowyat important is no need go until there. This shop is close on Sunday and public holiday ya. Format desktop only RM50, if you buy PC set from them is free for this . THANKS to the guy help me tidy my cable .
