The owner always explains and shows me evidence of the problem and he only replace the necessary parts needed. His price are also very reasonable too.
He is a very honest and down to earth guy.
I always trust William with my iPhones and I highly recommend him to everyone and I’m certain that you wouldn’t regret it.

This is my first time having my phone fixed and I satisfied with the service. I'm glad that I found iDevice Solution, totally worth it. If you are living in different state no worries you still can post your phone to their shop, I did this too. They will cover the return postage which is so considerable. Very professional business and they did well in maintaining their customer relationship management. Highly recommended! A happy customer here :D

I would highly recommend iDevice Solution as they specialise in Apple devices. Really knowledgable and professional with reasonable pricing and good explanation about the repair. I also had a battery replaced with an original battery unit within 30 minutes. Overall, really great service and experience!

Brought in a phone on behalf of a friend to attempt to revive it after some damage.
William was patient, attentive and has the knowledge and tools to try to troubleshoot the issues one by one.
At the end advised that the restoration may not be cost effective and so on although it means that he will not earn anything out from this process.
Will definitely recommend if anyone wants to get their phone repaired.
