Alhamdulillah so far kitchen cabinet rumah berpuas hati kerana kualiti material product dan friendly staf yang bnyak membantu dlm decide design.
Alhamdulillah so far the kitchen cabinet of the house is satisfied because of the quality of the product material and the friendly staff who are very helpful in deciding the design.

Very slow service. Kena push byk kali baru nak jalan keja. Staff yg mai finishing pn punya ganaih, kekah pintu sliding aku smpai terkeluaq dari skru. Lepas kena tgoq baru nk repair, kalau tk tegoq dia biaq ja pintu aku terpelohong mcmtu. Lukisan id tk sama color mcm real live pny kabinet. Mgkin ifkitchen boleh dh kot upgraded software hat berkualiti sikit. Tk baik menipu color dlm design tau. Tgk 3d color lain mai pasang lain, mau tk frust.

It's not good to deceive color in design. Tgk 3d color lain mai pasang lain, mau tk frust.

kerja staff installation agak memuaskan, material digunakan memang bagus. tapi ini takdapat menyembunyikan fakta yang teruk bab Ifkitchen. kalau sesiapa sanggup chase, sanggup nak maki setiap minggu dalam group sebab update kerja lembap, update kerja last minute, dan rate of reply semua orang dalam group whatsapp yang teramat slow. sampaikan satu masa, saya sendiri kena call sorang sorang dari dalam group whatsapp tu untuk mintak update. Planner: ada Planner dalam group whatsapp, tapi failed bab planning. Harini nak hantar barang, pagi baru call nak hantar barang. not everyone can ask for Emergency Leave just for you guys nak hantar barang pagi tu and do nothing. ape function Planner kalau benda macamni pun takboleh nak uruskan dan settlekan? function Planner hanya untuk tolong update customer bila nak hantar barang sahaja ke? Driver lori yang nak hantar barang pun boleh buat keje ni takpayah hire Planner. Boss Besar(Rizal): saya sendiri sampai kena call dia ni, untuk chase anak anak buah dia buat kerja. dan akhirnya, customer sendiri kena maki sebab dia nak backup anak buah dia. nasihat saya, kalau bercakap dengan staff depa ni, kena rakam segala perbualan. sebab si Rizal ni, boleh hamun balik customer sebab kata kita cakap bukan bukan pasal staff dia(even dia takde pun dekat situ). so Rizal, take note pasal benda ni. we are your customer, jangan cakap lebih kurang sebab kami bayar untuk service dan perkhidmatan hang. sampai sekarang dok tunggu kot hang nak cakap terimakasih dan akan improvise dari segi attitude hang dengan customer, sangat sampah ye. Payment Terms Mengarut: paling takfaham dengan rules Ifkitchen ni, kena fully payment dulu baru depa mai pasang install dekat rumah hampa. jadi selagi takfull payment, depa takmai pasang pun kabinet. mengarut! tapi nak buat macammana, lepas deposit apa semua baru up dalam group pasal payment term ni. so boleh bayangkan lah bila dah fullpayment untuk kitchen cabinet bulan January, tapi sampai March kerja belum habis. dalam group bila tanya, semua sepi. takde urgency nak settlekan project customer sebab payment dah dapat full kan. kerja siap ke tak, payment dah dapat full kan kisah apa depa ni. MENGARUT! Installation Staff: bagus depa ni, kerja kemas, cumanya bila first installation orang lain, then second installation team lain, dan third installation pulak team lain, rasanya kalau first installation team tu tertinggal apa apa untuk pemasangan, confirm dah yang second team datang tu terpinga pinga bila saya tanya macam macam(yang team first tinggalkan kerja). so, pleaselah just allocate 1 team untuk pegang 1-2 project supaya depa pun takpening nak handle. Grab Project sampai takmenang tangan: yang ni memang GILA! hampa punya nak kejar sale, nak kejar customer, tapi in the end yang dikejar takdapat yang dikendong berciciran. Marketing hampa memang bagus sampai ke dalam radio bagai, tapi customer service hampa memang LOW! improve on that, and percayalah hampa takperlu pun Marketing payah payah sebab Marketing paling bagus adalah bila customer hampa sendiri suggest branding hampa dekat orang lain. tapi dengan situasi sekarang, saya memang avoid dan tak recommend langsung family dan rakan rakan saya ambil kitchen cabinet dengan Ifkitchen.

Planner: there is a Planner in the whatsapp group, but the planning chapter failed. Payment Terms Ridiculous: I don't understand the rules of Ifkitchen, I have to pay in full first before I install it near an empty house. so as long as the payment is complete, don't install the cabinet. nonsense! but I want to do something, after depositing what is all new up in the group about this payment term. So you can imagine when the full payment for the kitchen cabinet in January, but until March the work is not finished. in the group when asked, all quiet. takde urgency nak settlekan project customer sebab payment dah dapat full kan. The work is ready, the payment is already in full, what's the story next. NONSENSE! Installation Staff: good front, neat work, only if the first installation is someone else, then the second installation team is another, and the third installation is another team, it feels like if the first installation team is left behind for installation, confirm that the second team came. pinga when I ask what kind (the first team left work). So, please just allocate 1 team to hold 1-2 projects so that they don't have to handle it. Grab Project until you win: this one is CRAZY! I want to chase sales, I want to chase customers, but in the end the ones chased can't get the ones to drop out. Empty marketing is really good up to the radio, but empty customer service is LOW! improve on that, and believe me, there is no need. Marketing is a pain because the best marketing is when the customer himself suggests empty branding near others. but with the current situation, I do avoid and do not directly recommend my family and friends to take a kitchen cabinet with Ifkitchen.
