Customer service terlalu TERUK. Kuat meninggi suara drpda bercakap secara baik. Mengambil kesempatan dalam kesempitan orang lain yg memerlukan stock dgn meminta pelanggan untuk membeli kesemua barangan yg ada dkedai 'beliau'.
Cdgn sy. Kurangkan lagak kalau taknak berniaga separuh jalan.
Reasonable price shop around Penang BUT ....
Customer service is too BAD. Loudly raises his voice from speaking kindly. Take advantage of the shortcomings of others who need stock by asking customers to buy all the items available in 'his' store.
Cdgn sy. Reduce your attitude if you do not want to do business half way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan terhadap customer teruk. Honestly, murah but not recommended. Cara nak pegang bisnes kuku besi. Nak beli satu kena beli semua. Kalau rasa dah maju, one day terlingkup jangan tanya kenapa. Cermin sikit etika melayan pelanggan, kalau hidup makan atas duit pelanggan.
Stok putus pun boleh bincang/cakap cara elok. Kalau bukan regular customer pun, bukan cara nak menengking. Kedai melayu, owner islam meniaga cara yang tak betul. Piagam pelanggan kena elok kalau rasa nak maju dlm sebuah perniagaan. Kalau tidak, maju meniaga dalam kampung je jangan mimpi nak maju ke luar negeri. Bad attitude will show your effortly nude. ?????(5 star to 5 thumb down)
