★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware when ordering from food panda. They do not know how to price their own burgers. I ordered a burger under the mozzarella cheeseburger section. Double beef egg is what I selected under that section. As you know, it's under mozzarella cheeseburger, so that means there's mozzarella right? YOU ARE WRONG. IT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A SINGLE MOZZARELLA CHEESE. The fact that it is priced at RM 15.20 for a two-patty egg burger is ridiculously high. Moreover, I could have gotten the same thing at RM11.40 when I could have just ordered an Egg burger with an add-on of beef. IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME. I have tried clarifying with the customer service and they do not seem to understand at all. I was hoping that they could investigate this by calling up to the shop and if they did, the fact that the customer service still implies that I'm wrong shows that the shop is lying and trying to scam my extra RM3.80 away. Where does the RM3.80 go to? To the scammer's pocket. With RM15.20, I could have gotten a better burger set at Mcdonald's that comes with fries and a drink. And to be honest, their burger doesn't even taste good at all. I was hoping an extra RM3.80 would justify the deliciousness of the burger but how wrong was I. Never in my life has a Ramly burger that was priced so expensive yet tasted so subpar. There are other Ramly burgers that tasted average but it is justifiable by how cheap it is. But this burger is an outright scam. You all have been warned.
