My expiry date has been changed to an earlier date, initially is Nov but the system show May will expiry which they claim they have system migration. Log emails to iflix support team for weeks already, but just got no reply. Let's see if I post my comment here will get iflix attention or not.

The content is average. There are some good tv shows like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Desperate Housewives that don't have season 1. That's miserable. I'm thinking iflix team tries to attract viewers that like those kind of show, hence, they provide only the latest season just like in the US. Clever but not in a long term

Iflix should provide call centre service option rather than just email. I have a repeat of my previous problem in that I get a message that my subscription has expired but my subscription is up to Sept 2017. So far, Iflix has not fix my problem, what I received is an automated email reply which sucks. It says Iflix will get back to me in 2 working days but that has now passed; what kind of commitment time is that? By the way, all the fancy language in the email trying to portray Iflix "being cool" is tacky; cut the crap and just stick to plain vanilla language. My case id is 301589.

Iflix is such a day light thief. Unable to cancel on their app. Unable to call a person directly to cancel. They will always link you to facebook to message them , voice mall or email them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND STUPID. should be arrest for this kind of scam and dishonesty.

Very cool office space in the middle of a very prime location! It's very well decorated, and the entire team, including management, sits here. They have very lovely pantries, and very uniquely named rooms. Quite an experience if you're able to enter!

Iflix, a subpar attempt at providing video-on-demand services and failing badly. Iflix comes with a lot of promise but utterly fails to deliver. The user interface of the entire website is poorly thought through and is difficult to navigate. The search function requires a show title to be entered exactly, a partial title or without capitalisation gets a negative result. The auto-play function - to automatically play the next episode of TV programmes - suddenly stopped working three weeks ago. When I wrote to iflix to find out if it was a settings issue, the reply was that their engineers were working on fixing the problem. Three emails and three weeks later and their engineers are still working on the problem. Emails are written in gratingly fake cheery tones but fail to deliver any resolution to issues. Limited selection of TV shows. Many of them only have partial seasons, some not even the first season, leaving most shows headless. All in, not a service I would recommend beyond the free period.

Initially the service is efficient. Recently it takes a lot of time to load the movie that I want to watch. As a subscriber of Unifi, I get a complimentary access until end of the year and I intend to subscribe after the complimentary period. But now I have my doubts as what is the point of subscribing when I have so much problem to access the movies that I want to stream and watch. I have install the Iflix App on my android box and I get a lot of interruptions for the last 2 day which seem to be loading with the revolving circle. Could you resolve that problem as the free preview is coming to an end. I would like to see these problems solved as I intend to subscribe after the complimentary period. I do not want to sign up and to cancel it later for lack of bandwidth
