★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to come and see many units being sold or up for rent. However, agents have manipulated the listings by providing misleading information or non-actual unit photos which makes the experience almost impossible and time-wasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the advertisement are misleading and the agents seems to have an intention to only collect the telephone number of potential buyers by showing cheap prices for large size properties, and once the buyer contacts them, they will start to divert the buyer to a totally different property.
Better use different platforms to search for properties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great site. Now filled with fake listing saying property is at KL but when contact the agent it's at Seremban or Sendayan or anywhere but KL. When I emailed propertyguru, they wanted me to list down the fake listings when there are literally thousands of inaccurate listings in their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agreed with Chris. Really dissapointed with all the outdated/bait advertisements and this really drives all potential buyers away. I have been looking for property from this website since last year and almost all units are all sold off. Looks like economy is so good and houses are sell like a piece of cake?
