Edit: The replied was also one sided. Stop saying about my upbringing when you can't even train your staff properly. My mother was on the phone with my sister and just having a normal conversation. Nothing to be mad about. Your staff started it first by yelling about the promotion and keep talking back with annoying face. Well its okay if you think the LOUD voice is actually a gift from God. But if it's me who got the gift, I would actually be shame of myself.
