β β β β β Appointment jam 9.30 pagi. Tunggu lebih 2 jam masih menunggu giliran. Hanya seorang pegawai perubatan yang bertugas. Sungguhpun begitu, kakitangan klinik memberikan layanan yang sangat memuaskan
Appointment at 9.30 am. Wait more than 2 hours still waiting for your turn. Only one medical officer was on duty. Even so, the clinic staff provided very satisfactory service

β β β β β lama sangat nak kena tunggu. biasa klinik kesihatan paling lama saya pergi pun tunggu 2 jam je.. sini 3 jam lebih.. lepastu saya perasan orang yang datang kemudian tapi dipanggil dulu..
I really want to wait a long time. usually the longest health clinic I go to wait 2 hours je .. here 3 hours more .. then I noticed people who came later but called first ..

β β β β β Tolong kaji semula staf staf misi yang berkerja di sana komunikasi yang tidak jelas dan tepat, bila sudah sampai masa untuk waktu temu janji di jabatan ibu mengandung , hari ni lain ,, sampai masa lain bercakapan ... Sebelum ni janji datang ke rumah kebetulan ada orang untuk check up kata misi, sampai masa temu janji suruh datang ke klinik plk.. orang bukan semua free ada masa ke sana sini, dan satu lagi minta tolong update no telefon di kan web google ini call tidak berangkat, ... Kecewa dengan layanan klnik kesihatan ijok ... Minta ikhlaskan dalam bekerja kerana Allah... Dan jangan lupa selau follow up jika ada yang buat janji temu itu.. kata nk call tetapi tidak call ...SEDIHHHHHHHH

β β β β β Pernah hantar orang rumah buat check up mengandung. Selalu ramai orang. Doktor dan jururawat berikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik. Tempat yang selesa.
Ever sent people home for a pregnancy check -up. There are always a lot of people. Doctors and nurses provide the best service. Comfortable place.

β β β β β Tahun 2022 pun masih lagi ada masalah susah untuk angkat telefon!!! Bila pergi tutup la bagai. Suruh pulak pergi KK lain !! Ingat dekat ke? Sebab tu lah orang telefon untuk buat semakkan , mudah tak payah nak susah kan orang pergi sana sini .

β β β β β Klinik KK paling lama kena tunggu giliran sampai 3 jam. Apa laa punya service slow kita ada keje bukan semata2 nak tunggu giliran sampai 3 jam kat situ jer. Nurse di bahagian pendaftaran tu dah la cakap tak mesra pelanggan ,mimik muka sombong dan cara ckp lebih kurang mcm perli. Klu buat muka sombong tu cantik tak per jugak.ini buat mimik muka hodoh perangai hodoh. Elok.. lain kali kalau tak mampu nak handle pesakit di bahagian hadapan jangan duduk dlm perkhidmatan awam. Merosakkan emosi orang.
KK clinics have to wait up to 3 hours for the longest turn. If we have a slow service, we don't just want to wait our turn for 3 hours there. The nurse in the registration department said that she was not customer friendly, that her facial expression was arrogant and that the way she did the ckp was more or less necessary. Klu for an arrogant face is beautiful, it doesn't matter. This makes an ugly face mimic, ugly character. Good .. next time if you can't handle patients in the front, don't sit in the public service. It damages people's emotions.
