can I know ..I have a coll nurse to open the book ..there is a nurse who said wait for the coll nurse later, then I can open the book ..somewhat, how long do you want to wait from the coll nurse?

Firstly, she set my next appointment date without me knowing about it. She should consult with me first about the date. I am really disappointed.
The way she explained about procedure that will be taken also not helpful at all and annoying! She also likes to chit chat while working which I think not a good attitude of a government worker.
Saya sudah pernah beberapa kali hadir ke klinik ini dan pertama kali berhadapan dengan servis yang tidak memuaskan dari Jururawat Fatin ini.

To Nurse Fatin U29 who treats patients who come to rural clinics at a rate and do not provide good service while working, I hope you can improve your working attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I'm giving 1 star.. I already called and postponed appointment for my son.. But the staff nurse was scolded my mom and show face to her.. My mom is a old lady and can talk nicely right.. Is it coz we are Indian u treated her like that.. Why no one missed their appoiment? Please behave nicely to patient and people too. Tq
