★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old faclities, small area , good chance to get dengue, poor management, no parking ,convert staff parking as truck parking, mangement officer come in the resident room just for asking payment while very morning, take very well action when other's parking on staff parking, but no any action while double parking and illegal parking. This kind of mangement only care's about the income, they can get from their's policy. Good luck for next visitor's who visit here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than IUKL hostel but the hygience is poor, a lot of cockroaches and ants. The price is okay but you can't check out until the semester ends. Not very recommend. But the price is reasonable and water and electric are included.
