β β β β β Admin fee, access card fee and month rental paid on 18 of Dec 2019, until today still have yet issued me the access card. No email and nothing from them.

Pathetic service with no response to any emails.
I have paid for my card dated 5th Oct,20 and i am yet to receive any pass card.
Refund via their website is not possible considering you don't have a pass card to show for and what termination month expected to key in without the card.
I have sent numerous emails and no response at all. On top of it , they don't provide any phone number.
So, i am not getting my refund, don't have a pass card and i continue paying for my parking on daily basis(extra cost).
I am in Malaysia for almost 4 years and this is the first entity, who actually showed no professional ethics

β β β β β I paid my parking in front of Klinik Kesihatan Kelana Jaya on 24th Nov(supposedly RM4 or so). They floated my money of RM15. I haven't gotten back my money until now. They said I will get back the money at the end of Nov. Now it's December already. They DON'T put notice board saying that they will float the money. If they did, I'd never park there. DO NOT PARK AT THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF KK KELANA JAYA! IT'S A BIG OPEN PARKING SPACE. Hard to miss it.

β β β β β Deserve 0 star. How come u let the car park office without any staff. I called but the staff doesnt want to come and ask me to settle it myself. Stupid. Improve your system. Use touch n go. Which century u are in. Ketinggalan zaman
