★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good and fast service..ensure your ic been changed to latest version for renewal. If you need to change address on ic ,u must get any bill as proved.after done at counter u need to take number again for collection of your passport/ic. Estimate around 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in 8am, super long queue. It was only 50min later when it was my turn, got informed by officer that ONLINE APPOINTMENT IS A MUST. Next available slot will be end of May.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After knowing that all UTC in KL/Selangor only accept appointment and the earliest date for the appointment is in May, tried our luck at UTC Seremban & luckly we were able to renew our passport here. I would say a very systematic system they have i.e., que for no. and doc checking which took only short amount of time even the que is long. Then just wait for no. to be called with a lot of chair provided inside & outside (still can see no. here). As it is weekend, understood that longer time needed as there was a quite no. of crowd. Overall, I am really satisfied with the service & highly recommend for those needs to renew passport to do it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the good reviews that I came across here did not happen to me today. I was there with my 2 year old toddler at 8.30am and online appointment. However they started accepting walk in so it was all in the same queue. The queue was crazy and there was no information/instructions/segregation for either collection/inquiry/taking no. It was chaotic as not 1 officer bother to at least segregate and manage the queue. I was hoping we could at least get a number and come back later but no, we had to queue to just get a number without knowing when they will start releasing the precious numbers.
How silly I was to even feel hopeful that they would be considerate to a pregnant lady with a young toddler. I hope the system can be improved. I am sure our immigration can do better than this to avoid having so many people crowding the office. The virus is not gone and not everyone can be vaccinated yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called imigresen asked about online booking, they mentioned can walk in, but preferably early morning. Walked in randomly at 3pm, get queue number (only 2 number ahead), 20 mins done submission and payment (credit/debit card only, no cash). Collection at 4pm. Omg i got my passport done in 1 hour time ?. Unexpectedly fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done collect passport today super fast, less crowd here for passport renewal, if u do online less then 1 hour passport collected. no long queue like last time. very friendly personnel there. Thanks for smooth journey.

Don't bring your cash because they do not accept it at all. E-wallets are not supported too. Located on the 2nd floor so come early and as you got up to the 2nd floor the queue for JIM is on the right most. Very systematic with friendly staff. Roughly 20 minutes processing time and another hour of wait for your passport to be done. You will need to collect a second number at the counter outside (don't requeue) for the collection inside (come early as usual).
Just bring your IC and old passport for renewal, strictly no photocopy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super efficient! All done in just less than 2hours with a very long q outside the office which is very impressive!
2nd visit update :
Nak renew passport strictly online kecuali for warga emas/buat haji etc. Check out their fb page utk details. Q was initially long until one officer came and briefed us on the updates. Permohonan passport for first time make sure bwk copy mycard ya.
