★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't see the function of making an appointment beforehand because there are a few long queues before being able to get a number to enter the counter area; outside the building, inside the building n again at the information counter and as expected, there is a long wait inside too. Should have a different counter for those with appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very convenient place to get your IC, passport, driving license and other documents renewed/registered. The staff are highly efficient and friendly. Service is quick as well. Good job to the staff working there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please come early if you do not want the hassle of not being able to get a parking space. By early i mean 8AM, even then also all the parking both underground and open space are close to 90% occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushing from Nilai to renew driving licence where arrived at 4:25pm but JPJ registration front desk said counter was closed. Even I saw staff at counter was free and closing time stated at 5pm, he still declined and ask me to come tomorrow. Thumbs up for JPN counter where they still accepted registration because it's still not yet 5pm. JPJ counter, please change your working time to actual working time so we can plan ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short of parking space for customers comming for renewals. Unless it's moved to Center Point it will be congested all the time. I am unable to find a parking lot within the area. Underground parking always to be full with the staffs cars and expecting customers to find their own parking is a nightmare.
