★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses daftar dalam talian sangat teruk, menyusahkan pengguna bila buat urusan di kaunter untuk dapatkan tarikh temujanji di layan acuh tak acuh je, fikirkan jalan terbaik selesaikan masalah masyarakat berurusan di Jabatan Imigresen Wisma Persekutuan Kota Bharu terutama visa pelajar dan bagi syarikat utk dapatkan temujanji permit kerja kena gunakan email berlainan bagi setiap pekerja sangat tidak praktikal, contoh jika lima pekerja asing kena creat email berlainan baru dapat daftar masuk sistem temujanji, sangatsangat bermasalah. Minta pihak berwajib teliti perkara ini. Tolong bagi ruang untuk kes yang perlu di segerakan bukan hanya bergantung tarikh temujanji dalam talian. Terima kasih dan harap jangan berlaku lagi bila ke kaunter nak datapkan tarikh atau urusan kena pergi berulang kali di sebabkan arahan yang tak jelas dari kaunter hadapan. Bersedialah layan pelanggan dengan jurus dan amanah dalam tugas kepada masyarakat.
