★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place i ever go so far. Staff unprofessional. Not sincere doing their job. Blaming the client directly without check it first.Please imagine if it happen to old people. I recommend please take photo in all what you doing including the doc and the person in charge esp at registration counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service counter personnel is very rude. The officers are more professional. But it leaves a bitter experience for first timers. Toilet facility located at the back, makes it nexr to impossible for disabled and old people to go . Very unfriendly atmosphere.... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum, I've arrived here on 7/4/22 @ 2.15pm. I came here all the way from Selangor to settle something about tanah pusaka. But it's closed! It's very disappointed coz the office & the counter closed at different time as shown in the website (3.30pm). The staff at registration counter said they are going back at 2.30pm & the counter all closed at 2.00pm in Ramadhan. Plz explain.
