G	Gma Rhazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, very slow..my visit is today 23 oct 2019 Only 1 counter open alternately until 8.45am- 11am I get no 1085 at 8.15am & my number called at 12.45 noon What i can say, the service is very slow..may i know what is KPI of waiting to get the service?
A	Alex Tiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officer very helpful , he work on our application 1st as my son is only 3 month old. Although we have to come back again after 2pm (because we too late to get the number, approx 9am+) best to get here half an hour before they open to avoid long wait.
L	LY Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded and limted parking space, arrived here around 7:45am and already queuing 5 shops away from the immigration office. Queueing for almost 1.5hr to get the number and was asked to come back at 2pm for the process. Everything is so manual, rather than reading your information through their IC scanner, the officer has to manual key in information. After photo is taken yet need to wait roughly 20min for payment and another 1.5 hr to collect passport and I thought passport will be ready to collect by then but yet another dissapointment. When come back still need to put the slip into the basket and wait dun know how long to collect. It is really a waste of time and pls think twice before you decided to come and try your luck.
T	Tan Kok Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I came here for renewing my passport at Kulim JIM, I reached here by 8:05am and Officer Counter Numbers 4 served me at 9:10am I don't know what his name is but he is super friendly? I get my new passport at 10:20am. Parking spaces is ok. nearby have coffee shop you can having short break when waiting your passport,they were friendly too. Thanks Kulim JIM and the Officer who's served me,I'm having good times for renewing my passport at here.
P	Pavitira Mano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seberang Jaya immigration is temporarily closed, so came here from Butterworth. Arrived 6.45am, already 8 people waiting. The office opened sharp 8.00am. Very crowded. Small space, not enough seats. But, the service was good. I took my number and was second. Collected the passport at 9.30am. Officer Kumaravel was very helpful and friendly. Keep doing a good job sir.

A	Aslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not convenient to operate a government building servicing many people all the time at this location. Very few parking, few waiting chair, long queue. I arrive as first timer on Sunday 10.30 for passport renewal but the numbers fully taken already, need to come back another day. And the photo booth service next to just as poor. Please upgrade for better service
R	Raimi Muntazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For passport renewal for now we need to apply online and pickup at the branch that we choose. For those who alrdy applied and paid, you still need to wait and queue. I don't know if this happen only in Kulim, because the office a bit small. For first time application, I suggest you to pickup your passport from UTC SP or Seberang Jaya, a bit far but better facility compared Kulim.
