★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one pick up phone call. Cannot self collect. Slow delivery. Just keep at the delivery facility for a few days only send out. Should call Pos Lambat. What for keep at warehouse for few days? Keep on delay and delay. Almost one week also cannot reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process of postal service is much easier with the app in my opinion. but they should also take the consignment notes as older generation lacks the knowledge of technology. the app is a bit slow and not that intuitive. If you want toproceed with 100% app usage, then make sure the app you're providing is very reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. Item was posted on 13Jul 21 but until today status Arrive at delivery facility at Pusat POS Laju Kulim on 16 Jul 21. I dont know how they do work! If compared to J&T, Ninja Van, Pos laju is charging us the most expensive fees but the services macam nak kena maki
