★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2-room suite was suitable for our family of 4. There was a kitchenette, dining table n a living area. The room was clean n water pressure in washrooms were great. Couldn't find a hairdryer but the staff brought it quickly too, in d middle of night. Great service? location is walking distance to Jonker street. Borrowed a pot 2 heat up food n it was brought quickly too. Will patronise tis hotel again if coming 2 tis area??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dated interiors, hard tiled floors, split floor levels in suite, loose room door latch.
Water pressure is uneven during showers.
There was no housekeeping to our room.
TV signal is bad and intermittently disrupted (no signal).
But the location is great, near to two major shopping malls and walking distance to popular eateries.

Rundown building
Rundown room stains on walls.everywhere. bedsheets all stained on arrival. Bugs on ceiling. Shower hose all damaged. They are not even sure that their hair dryer was missing or around. Musky smelly on entry to room which tells u that it is fungating. My blessings: only for one toturous night. Ignore the four star hotel rating. This will be the one and only chance for this hotel. Regret my choice. Please don't if you do not wish to ruin your holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel ever. Only deserve a 1/2 star hotel. They charged for everything, tissues towels, very not hospitable. They are permanent stain on the linen. Parking is the worst, not enough space. I had neck pain from the pillows. Strongly not recommended!

Worst hotel ever.
Don't be fooled by the illustration photo on website.
Rated 4 star hotel, reality it would be 2 star.

- Room amenities not well provided.
- Guest will be charge if bed linen is dirty, read TnC during check in.
- No lift provided at car park and designated parking unit so confusing.
- Only 3 lift operated for guest.
- Dirty and slippery toilet.
OVERALL??? NEVER COME BACK AND NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read my comment before you book. Worst hotel ever. From google it says 4 star hotel, but to me it’s like 2 star . Reason :
1. Hard to find parking , some cars have to illegally park at the slope area
2. Only 2 staff is working during my check in with long queue.
3. Corridor is creepy, not fully covered when walking to my room. Unit number is confusing, there’s two unit number written on it ,have to look at the second part ( smaller figure, which located at below )
4. Floor is very sticky, wall is dirty with stain !!!
5. Although the room consider big, but not properly maintain !!!
6. There are bugs / cocoon on the wall and few corner of the room !!! Yucks !!!!
7. Tooth brush & slipper is not provided
8. When started wear the slipper, it easily tear apart, super low quality !!!
9. Tried to call room services / guest service few times , always engaged
10. Toilet wall is dirty, still can see some stain !!!
Summary :
For 4 start hotel , I would rate 1/30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 5 times I stay in here, so far I'm quite happy with my stay.
Room are perfect, remember to request higher floor. WiFi connection stable, TV, Ironing board, shower.....all good.
The location is perfect, walking distance to the major heritage and attractions places, opposite hotel is a modernized shopping mall.
During off peak periods, room rate is reasonable, but weekends or holidays room rate is a bit higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient parking lot for the guests and free of charge. The sunrise view are quite nice and for the sunset view are wonderful for the floors above 12 I guess. The room that we got were not quite clean as we found 2 cigarette boxes and some light were not functioning well. Other than that, ??.
