β β β β β I had an awesome time with my family here. The location was awesome, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The sanitusation happened regularly and sop were followed. Definitely cost saving as a member of sgi

β β β β β Stayed here for 2night recently, overall it's not that bad. Service all good here. The only issue is u can hear outside the room plus whenever others room using bathroom u can hear the water sound quite annoying when it's above midnight. Oh ya the bed also like old furniture can hear annoying sound. Hope they check on it.

β β β β β We booked 2 rooms. One single room and another family suite. The single room was so small, limited space for prayer. Family suite has 2 rooms inside with a sofa bed in the living room. Also a small kitchenette with induction hob and pan for cooking.

β β β β β location is nice, quite central to all many attractions Melaka gas to offer. The hotel: rooms are neat, clean and tidy, beddings are comfortable but the room space is rather small. no pool for kids to enjoy,

1st time my family and I walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff.
Lobby is very homey.
Hotel is very clean.
Located near tourist attractions.
Our room is Family Executive. 2 bedroom with almost complete kitchen, induction cooker, fridge & microwave.
Bathroom clean, hotel room smells nice and sanitized regularly.
Filtered water is available near the lift, very eco friendly - less water bottle use.
Cons:
Limited parking space.
Wifi a bit slow (but did not bother me at all)
Will come again, hopefully soon.

β β β β β Service is good, staffs are polite and greet you whenever possible.
Rooms uses cheap furnitures but mattress all still bouncy, don't feel the spring like some cheap hotel. But the noises from water running and when people from other room uses toilet is very loud. Enough to wake me up.
Else its clean and there's coway water machine.
Parking around the hotel also plenty
