Operations Director : Friendly, you can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend to you. He keeps motivating you to upskill you skill sets. You are pushed to give certifications but with proper guidance. Company bares all the money.
HR : She has such positive aura that keeps the office lively and happy. Any problem you discuss with her, she will definitely come back with a solution, also guides you when required.
Production Head: Never seen such a versatile multi talented him. He is very friendly and always make time to help you when your in need.
My career was great here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My leader always have a AM morning meeting with the entire team EVERYDAY.
We discuss about the on time delivery, how to improve the IOTD and discuss about the customer feedbacks (good or unsatisfactory).
They guide me on how to perform a root cause analysis. i.e. define the problem, gather date, identify and determine root causes and recommend and implement solutions.
I like they listen my concerns and tell me what do to become successful in writing the CAPA report.

E.g How to prevent and reduce transmission and maintain healthy business operations in the workplace
1. Vaccination awareness was promoted
2. Everyone was guided on mitigating and preventing spread of COVID
3. Test for COVID-19 was performed biweekly
Would definitely apply this PROBLEM SOLVING METHODS to anyone and my friends.

I was given the chance to speak my thoughts and ideas. My advice to speaks up and share your knowledge and understanding not just complaining. The people working here takes seriously on managing safety & health of the employee and the S&H committee assess the risks in their workplace every month. Their main goal of safety and health is to prevent workplace injuries i.e. they create awareness via online/ offline briefing, internal memo & train employees well. They explain the dos and don't to us very carefully and make sure you have the right tools and have monthly/ weekly equipment inspections. What I like best is, they use understandable LABELS and SIGNS at every corner of the workplace including toilet & pantry. :) :) :) If you are looking for a company that not just working everyday but take reasonable care of your safety and health, this is it!
