Parcel arrived they'll just keep it for long days and then only inform me will ship to me. but i didn't receive it for weeks. If can't ship on the day, pls don't promise! Don't know want keep until when just want to ship out for customer? When I call them, they ask me go collect myself. POOR SERVICE!!! TOO BAD!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The worst, been calling for 4days to all branches at melaka and no one even care to pick up the phone. Don't even try to call and ask the status of your parcel cause apparently no one care about you. My parcel been stuck there for 5days and no respond from them.

โ โ โ โ โ Too bad services. My parcel already there for 1 week and didn't out of delivery. I pay Rm32 for delivery fee but i have to go collect by myself???? The reason because cannot find my house. Then the driver cannot call me??? All seller please do not use skynet. Especially here!!!!

Got fed up of waiting and Drove over to collect it myself.
Ended up with this dented parcel.
Really disappointed with the service and attitude.
NOT RECOMMENDED
