My husband is handicap and has an appointment today. The nurses are very understanding and helpful. They borrow a wheelchair to my husband. Security guard also helps me to push the wheelchair. We no need to wait for long and Doctor Loh is very experienced and patience. Thank you for everyone. Good job!!!

Very bad treatment, I do not advise anyone to go to her about my experience. I had an appointment for the second hour in the afternoon. I went and waited for about an hour and a half. She said to me three people in front of you, and then I had another hour. I asked her. She said there are three people in front of you and I saw that all the people who entered the clinic after me were admitted Doctor and I waited, and after about three hours, I went out and did not see the doctor.

Come only if you got time to wait for several hours. I made appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. They told me there were 9 people in front of me. I asked how long it will take, roughly. They told me more than 1 hr. So I went out for errands. In 5 mins, they called me back for checkup. I returned for 2 test which took around 5 mins then continue to wait for another 2 hours and check again how long more is my turn. They told me another 4 more in front of me. On average, the doctor spent around 30 mins for each patient?? The nurse told me that it's normal everyone needs to wait for 3-4 hrs. Is it really cannot be avoidable or it's because other people's time are unimportant?? Doctor may have many patients, but why made all patients come so early since appointment has already been made? Doctor time is precious, so is everyone else. Everyone has a role to play in this society. If the doctors have empathy, they would have improved the process so that everyone here do not have to waste unnecessary 3-4 hrs time for nothing.

Very poorly appointment/schedule system. I called for appointment, I was told that my previously records was not found in their system. After checked and queries, i got the one month time waiting appointment and I was told that they will inform me via sms for the appointment time on one day before of the date. However, I dont receive reminder call/sms to confirm the time of the appointment.

Poor management system, we came back for review after operation here, made appointment so long ago, when we arrived still waited 2 hours. We found out they keep skipping our number, after we check with counter , they only said doctor will see priority patients first. I don’t understand then why you ask patients make appointments for? We made appointment, came in time and you tell me you will see the priority patient first? Will not come back anymore

Run by four eye specialists with close to two dozen support staff, it has all it takes to render professional services to patients. You can feel you’re being served efficiently. Clean environment and safety clearly emphasized with sanitizers within sight everywhere. I called for immediate appointment and seen Dr Tan Siow Wei within minutes of my arrival at the Centre. Pleasant Experience

Very lousy customer service and patient experience. The wait seems never ending and no one explained what and why we are waiting for unless you ask. We then discover that The appointment time is just for eye examination. The waiting time with the doctor is not following appointment time and any order. After waiting for 30mins, we asked when is our turn. To my surprise, over 1 hour to go as there are several patients ahead of us. Staff explained that doctor can only come down after an Ops procedure. Question is, most eye procedure are elective and should be scheduled? So the reason provided just show how the appointment/scheduling system is poorly managed.
