★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the clinic. The counter assistant said I can come any time. No prebook is required. Reached clinic at 11am, the counter staff said due to huge crowd, I should come at 2:30pm and she will slot me in before doc leaves at 3:30pm. When I came back at 2:30pm, the counter staff said, the queue is getting longer. But she can register me but no guarantee that doctor will see all patients today. I said if you can’t confirm why make me come back so many times. Then the counter staff said, she can’t answer that as she is not the doctor and what eye illness I have that I must see the doctor today. Gosh, such a time waster, I won’t come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the receptionist to ask about procedures and what I can and can't get performed here but she just said if you don't have appointment you can't come in and hung up. I didn't get to even ask the rest of my questions and I was given a bad attitude and hung up on.
