瑜伽的好处就是不限年龄、不限男女、不限身体条件，只要想练，人人可练，时时可练，好身体都是练出来的。Namaste?
Yoga is addictive! I have been practicing yoga in Lile for 4 years, and my body naturally wants to stretch my bones every few days. After 1 hour of class, my body is very relaxed, and my shoulder and neck pains have gradually improved over the years. . The yoga teachers here are great, each is very experienced, and each class is a different experience.
The advantage of yoga is that it is not limited to age, men and women, or physical conditions. As long as you want to practice, everyone can practice, and you can practice from time to time. Good health is all practiced. Namaste?
