โ โ โ โ โ The instructor is very understanding to different levels of flexibility and body functionality issues that students have. Always giving the best fitting posture for your issue and condition. Does not force students into difficult postures that their body condition do not allow them to do. Very positive!

โ โ โ โ โ Ever since i joined Align yoga, I have learnt to harness the benefits of yoga even more. No need of fancy equipments. You can tell Mikyung has poured her heart n soul here. From its serene and well decorated studio to its passionate and attentive yoga instructors, I truly enjoyed practicing yoga here!

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely studio, clean and spacious. Teachers are friendly and professional. They focus on the alignment of each postures and breath work, which I think is very important in building strong foundation in yoga practice. I highly recommend this studio.
P/S, the studio is located right opposite bukit jalil Park. I love the greenery view while practicing yoga here :)

โ โ โ โ โ Teachers here are dedicated in making sure all levels of students are able to follow and learn the correct postures. Classes are well designed.so far It's been an enjoyable journey with Align Yoga for it being less commercialize and emphasize on quality rather than quantity. Very clean and homey studio too!

โ โ โ โ โ I have started practicing Yoga since 2019 at Align Yoga. The teachers are very professional, friendly especially Ms Mikyung, She has guided me very well during the classes. I feel very good and healthy after practicing Yoga. The studio is very clean and spacious. I love yoga and will continue to practice it as long as I can.

โ โ โ โ โ MiKyung is the angel of yoga. I started yoga with her as a newbie and my first class with her, I was hooked because at the start of class she ask for my name and throughout that class she calls my name, correcting my alignment and explains them well because of her in-depth knowledge. My many more classes with her after that, I realized she not only know all her students name but their postures, their strength and weaknesses and really individualized each person during class. The studio is also always clean and cozy because itโs like their home, taken care with love. The studio does have some strict rules so no taking pictures during classes for Instagram ? , donโt go late, chit chat or do any nonsense during class ?

โ โ โ โ โ Cozy environment yoga studio & professional Korean yoga instructor.
Slightly higher side on the pricing but worth to pay if you consider the instructor's in-depth knowledge.
Downside: The yoga studio doesn't have a mirror hence you can't take a nice photo for your Instagram / The instructor sometimes finishes classes later than the proposed time.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm a male adult whoโs had pretty stiff lower back for a few years, and in June 2020, was advised to take up yoga to help with the stiffness.
I was skeptical. But I quickly learnt that, I was wrong to be skeptical.
While Iโm still a work-in-progress, I know I am a heck of a lot more flexible, and no longer have stiff lower back. What a relieve!
But I give credit to Mikyung, who is a great instructor thatโs very in-tune with what works for my body specifically, always very encouraging, even when in my mind, something is impossible to do.
She always proofs me wrong, to think anything is impossible, and turns poses that arenโt my favorite, to be my favorite. ???โโ๏ธ
