★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First try as my friends keep recommending this brand, but the staffs are not friendly at all and do not have a good product knowledge. When I asked about what is the difference between a product and the other, they just couldn't seem to be able to explain at all. When I am also asking which product suits me better, it was also as if they just simply took one and said , try this then....I am hopping for more professionalism at least on the product you sell though.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there twice. I think I have no choice as this is the only outlet in Penang. The services is bad and poor knowledge & understanding to the products.
I’m requested to use up my point on my 2nd purchase, but the cashier was never take note and the point has not deduct at all.
The sales is giving the free gift as they have to give, even though I’m telling them the free gift is not applicable to me, perhaps something else which is more useful to me would be good. Well, they are just ignored my suggestion and insist I should give a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times being there, the previous promoter and cashier, they are knowledgable and provide good service. But now their services are bad.
Because of the Covid-19 issue, customers have to queue up outside their store.
Because at the moment there is no queue, I haven't realised that I need to queue waiting outside first. I scan and walk in. I felt shock when the promoter shouted at me there.
