β β β β β very inefficient company, better don't buy any products from them.
since they request payment first,after make payment 3 weeks later still not received any delivery from them, call them,they will say person in charges not araound, please allow them to check, but didn't call back or reply anything until you need futher call them, but they will tell you again need time to check your delivery. dont know what kind of system they using because they need so many day to verify and checking customer payment/delivery.

β β β β β I've never seen such a bad service company. Went to Botanic office and was told need to make appt. prior to visit as they do not accept walk-in. Left our contact no. and expect them to call back, but no one called. After 2 weeks+, make another attempt to call them and was given contact no. of person in charge Ms San San, made an appointment to visit their showroom at Eco Ardence on the same day. Despite 40 minutes driving distance to the showroom, we reached there on-time. There a guy sleeping at the sofa, unlocked the door. Then we walked-in, told him we made an appointment with the PIC, but he didn't respond to us. We waited about 5-10 mins, so i called the PIC. She said she will call the her colleague...the half awake man. Still, he didn't serve us. Then i called again to check if there is any sales person who can assist us. She told us, "the colleague" is the only person at the showroom to serve us. She asked us to wait, she will get back to us. Its just a waste of my time travelling so far to come to a half-awake salesperson. We got very frustrated and walk out of the "SHOWROOM" and the PIC never even get back to us. What a day !!!!
