β β β β β Service was great from the moment I submitted my order. The team reached out to me personally to confirm on the delivery arrangement. Team responded fast and the logistic service is perfect. They even called me beforehand to inform that they were on the way. I ordered an office chair and it has been assembled perfectly for me. Item was sent right to my doorstep. Overall, the whole service is perfect.

β β β β β Service was good in the beginning, but then I bought a chair that was out of stock although the website mentioned they have stock. They told me to wait 2 months and in between, no updates and complete silence. Had to keep constantly chasing and after 2 months, I still don't know when to expect my chair. Very irritating, won't recommend.

β β β β β Update: Eventually got my chair after one month! But there was missing parts fml. There's also no guides provided to fix the chair. I ended up harassing their Shopee customer service (cause I knew that would affect their ratings if they don't respond). Shopee Customer service did provide a quick guide (its a YT link). But couldn't help with the issue with missing parts. Had to reach out to the WhatsApp number and eventually the missing parts arrived a week later. Chairs are up and running, no complaints so far.
TERRIBLE SELLER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed my order via their website on 07 Aug 2021 and there's no update at all for a week. I reached out to the customer service number -8976 via Whatsapp on 13 Aug. The next day I got a reply saying that "mon or tue sure will courier to u". On Tuesday 17 Aug, I asked if they're delivering on this day and I only got the response "once we got the tracking no will give u". Until today 20 Aug, I have not received any updates or responses regarding my order.
If can't deliver, then please do not promise anything. This is what they have put down in the order confirmation email "expected deliver date of your order will be taken within 3-7 working days for INSTOCK item , 7-14 working days for customade item , 30-45 working days for pre order item".
If there's delay, please communicate rather than keeping customers in the dark. This is very unprofessional.
I will never support this business anymore.
