★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The serving was great and the drinks was good! It only operates on the 2nd level for now and the cafe is pretty quaint and quiet! Good for relaxing if you like a quiet place! Can try the brown sugar too, it is nice and delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try No. 9 Royal Milk Tea! Simple is the best... Others aren't so good. Some items are time-limited, be sure to ask before queueing! Crowded almost every night. Furnitures are not maintained properly despite still new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many bubble tea shops at Mount Austin but The Alley's bubble tea stands out the most. Its brown sugar milk is one of the best and the shop decor makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. A nice place to hang out with family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive milk tea, nothing special. Most important is lousy ventilation of their shop. Stayed half an hour and I keep sneezing, in the end i got flu for whole day long. If there is negative star for me to rate i will rate it a negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皇家9号奶茶 (Royal No.9 Milk Tea) was the most unique milk tea I ever had in JB. The taste is different from the usual milk tea I had in jb because there's a bit of blueberry flavour in it.
For your information, it is a newly open flagship shop originated from Taiwan and operated in mount austin near water park.
Price were 7.90 for regular and 8.90 for large if I'm not mistaken (for the drinks i had ordered). It was too sweet for me cause I request original sweetness and regular ice. Perhaps for anyone who prefer less sweet can request for less sweetness as there is an option for it, same to ice too.
Staff were friendly and patience by explaining the differences of milk tea we were asking as there's no brief descriptions of each drinks flavour and ingredients in the menu. English menu is available when you ordered by the counter and there's a large menu displayed on the wall which is only Chinese words.
Regular updates can be found in official facebook and some specialty menu are introduced too. However context are in Chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous bubble tea that is a must -try if you are in the area. The moment you walk into the shop, you'll smell the sweet deliciousness of the milk tea boiling. (Not the nauseating sweet kind)
In comparison to alot of the bubble teas I've had, The Alley definitely are one of the best tasting ones so far. Pearls are soft and chewy, but braces-friendly :")
Interior is made really pretty and every corner very aesthetically pleasing. Provides great shots for IGers.
