★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st experience for me was deemed fairly satisfactory which drew me again to 2nd and 3rd visit - but what happened then was a feeling the hairdresser started thinking I would always COME BACK for haircut and you feel you are being taken not so seriously so he started being judgmental and reduce his effort to cut my hair properly sometimes making me painful during haircut. I decided no more visit after the 3rd.
Wouldn't recommend this to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there unintentionally last week, 14/2/2021 to do rebonding. I take my time to write this review because i wanna give my honest view. IT TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY. A bit costly since my hair is quite long & Wilson (my hairdresser) advised me to do treatment too. I was in doubt at first, but now i believe it's the best decision. Wilson was very kind, informative & amiable too. He really knows what he is doing. Trusted! My hair is very smooth now, looks very natural, not flat, smells good & very flowy and soft even after a week & believe me, i've washed it several times! ? (sorry wilson!) LOVE MY HAIR SO SO SO MUCH! Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay honest review now. Just now they were a bit pushy for me & my friend to do the review so I just get it done. I don’t mind bcs I understand it’s important for them. Now I have the energy to write proper review after buka puasa.
I like the lady that did my hair. She’s really nice. Forgot to ask her name. First, I ask her to cut my hair a bit. Which cost rm45. Kinda pricey but she did a nice job. For the treatment, I requested rebonding but they suggested relaxing which is great because I’ve tried relaxing few times before at other salon. Frankly speaking, my previous relaxing treatment is better. I’m satisfied with the result nonetheless.
HOWEVER, she/they also suggested 3 other treatments for scalp, hair and not sure about the other one. I was interested because my hair fall is pretty bad BUT I told her those treatments are way out of my budget (my budget was about rm350, those treatments will cost rm695 in total). So she said she understand, she can just do the cheapest treatment which is rm50, I agreed. Out of nowhere, she did 2 out of 3 treatments to my hair. Not sure how this happened. Could be miscommunication. I ended up paying rm525. I never spent that much for my hair in one day ? So lesson of the day, just stick to the plan. ??? All of these (haircut, relaxing, + 2 other treatments) only took less than 3 hours. Not sure if it’s a good thing or a bad thing.
