★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Christine is very good and professional. She helped me to lessen the backpain in just 1 treatment. The pain totally go away after a few adjustments and I have to thank her for that. I’m glad I tried chiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strictly by appt only. I hurt my lower back and wanted a consultation. But for first visit was told have to be via appt and next availability is months away. Definitely not a chiropractic that you will go to when in urgent need of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The so-called practitioner should call herself entrepreneur' as all that matters to her is $$$ and she makes no attempt to hide that face. She spoke so fast to dismiss you as soon as possible so that she can milk another cow waiting in the other room. Zero empathy and concern was displayed. Granted, an xray is another revenue-generating strategy but I am appalled at the fact that she did it so shamelessly. After going through an OBLIGATORY briefing about the human spine, she proceeded to send me to get an xray done. She did not even bother to 'fake-touch' my back which was in pain. After telling me to come back with the xray result, she dropped out of sight. Staff proceeded to attempt to charge me for the xray which I declined. Truly regret the visit. Go look for real practitioners and doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional with no basic care for their patient well being. My experience was horrific here. Do not come here but go other place elsewhere since there are many here.
Despite making an appointment weeks before, I waited one hour after my original appointment time with no basic courtesy to let me know why is it taking so long. then after they can't be bothered to continue to make my next session appointment and chose to ignore my messages.
It showed their low level professionalism or even basic principle to be considerate for their patient well being. Very very bad review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT visit this place!!! 1)DrChuah insists Xray need to be taken OR he say "cannot promise anything" 2) Consultation RM100+Treatment RM150 3)DrChuah insists "a next week follow up" appointment is needed 4)DrChuah call me regarding the app & I inform that I can't attend, without asking any reason, he told me to seek other Chiropractic // And this is during MCO
This place is totally unprofessional, dr is young and lack of experience, skill is just moderate. I have been to other Chiropractic in Singapore before. You will be surprised, Gleneagles SG charge the same as this place!! And no xray, no next week app, 20 years experience confidence doctor, they always make me feel comfortable. Chiropractic is a comfortable treatment. I didn't visit this place because I injured or pain. was just looking for a mild adjustment. This place is making chiropractic like a sick.
