★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding the services they provide, they deliver. So there is no concerns about reliability. Just be aware of the daunting waiting time. It's unpleasant to wait for literally hours on end. I came at 9, left at 6, and only spent 4 hours driving. However, it's necessary evil, I suppose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend a whole day at there. I arrived at 9am and waited 2 hours for my turn. I go back at 7pm.
The service is so bad. At first, I said that I want to take auto, but then she registered manual for me. So, they gave me another text book for auto but then their face like unwilling to give me and the book was drenched with rain. They also did not tell me when is my jpj test. I need to call them then they only say. The agents are not punctual at all. They said 7.30 will arrive but then 8.00am something only arrived, especially when jpj test. We all late and scolded by jpj. I tested two times. The second time she said I need to wait for 2 weeks to retest. OK. The day before the test, I double check whether is there really a test for me tmr and she said NO, need to wait for another 2 weeks. I waited for 1 MONTH. How can they just say nothing? If I didn't call, then is it I just wait for u there a whole morning? Further more, she said that 2-3 days will receive the P license, but then my friends and I waited for 2 weeks. I need to call them then they only give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication is so bad and rude. Instructor cant even be patient with a zero knowledge students. Not punctual at time, simple teaching method. Even using phone and doing something else while instructing. Short-tempered instructor. Even got called as “The worst student i’ve ever got” while it is my first time to learn new things. Only the course is good to attend at this place but to learn? Please pick a better instructor with a better profesionalism. That is willing to teach and not just sit and hoping the students will catch up like a pro driver. Be patient and use a correct method of teaching. That is what we called as learning. And even people around is talking about how badly the service from this place and i immediately regretted choosing this place to learn. Budi Bahasa Budaya Kita. Mendidik tidak perlu memaki.
