โ โ โ โ โ They rescheduled the delivery without inform customer..in their system said im rescheduled the delivery..what the f...they didnt even call me..im paid the delivery cost at the end i need to take my parcel by myself..if you cant compete with other courier services..better close it down..worst courier service ever.

โ โ โ โ โ Pending delivery due to customer not at home??That's the update in the system. For info i was at home all the time..monitoring my package with tracking app..Out for delivery from.Rawang @11 am to Batang Kali until 6pm never arrived.

โ โ โ โ โ totally the most worst service ever. 2 times I called the customer service for reschedule because my parcel delivery was unsuccessful. first call because my parcel was incorrect zipcode they said I put the wrong address then I already double check the address and it was correct from the first time I purchased the item from shoppe then okay lah already corrected the address then they said Iโll get my parcel before noon. then the next day, still unsuccessful delivery. the second time I called they said my parcel have two addresses one with the wrong postcode and the correct one. the next day also unsuccessful delivery. im from sungai besar and I know my place is far away from rawang. but I paid you the service and I pay for the item I bought. upper management please train all of your employees. iโve seen so many bad reviews in this franchise.
