the establishment of this center is aimed at revolutionizing forensic services in Malaysia. The Forensic Department at HKL is also the headquarters and reference center for the whole country. there are more than 600 forensic cases each year.
The Forensic Department has served the community well.

establishment of this epartment is under the 9th Malaysian Plan: intended to revolutionalise forensic services in Malaysia. The Forensic Department at HKL is also the headquarters and referral centre for the whole country. There are currently more than 600 forensic cases per year.
The Forensic Department has been serving the community well. One of the high profile case that it had managed will be autopsy of king jong nam.. the north korean leader's half brother
