โ โ โ โ โ Not a authorised PROTON service center, come here and they will ask to service your aircond and say if you dont service your aircond, the warranty will void.
Come here to service my IRIZ, then nightmares happend;
1. After finish service they told that they dont have some spare parts, and will call when the spare part arrives. Well they never call.
2. Go to other proton SC for the next service, they told that intan matang is not an authorised SC. Coz they did not kick in the service data to the proton server. So proton consider that I do the service outside the proton SC. Hence, the warranty is void.
3. The price is freaking higher than the one that you see in the apps. The authorised proton SC will have the same price as view in proton apps.
Please stop going to this scam service center.
Intan Matang please remove the proton logo in front of your shop to stop confusing people. You are just another common workshop in section 25 shah alam, not an authorised Proton Service Center. Please stop be delusional intan matang.

Spare part weeks/ months to arrived.
I went to change timing belt was asked to come again after 2- 3 days.
Come on .!!..why dei ...2 - 3 days
Do you think customers have time?
You shud say come atter 1 hour ...meh..if u want biz ...we are in shah alam , not tebedu sarawak.
Same goes to
- my reverse sensor - need 2 months to change
- many more..
Please improve guys , i came just to support u
But always be dissapointed.

โ โ โ โ โ already arrive at 8.50am... the problem is..adjust front bonet can't open..water inside the car at driver...change the belting aircond...one day finish at 18.30..u all just imagine how they do the job..not enough man power...not punctual came to works...not independent manpower..do the job very slowly..the car so many...pending car from yesterday also have...very bad service..the man power not have any experience..all young boy..i think they on job tranning here..just have a few experience manpower and advisor...so they must make a countermeasure how this problem solve...find the experience worker in this field...2 years above...the knowledge manpower about car also less...please make a improvement for next future..the manager also not have function..just came to work play a handfone...and make a not important call...please conduct your staff...re arrangement all man power...and the most important please make a job one by one..another job don't finish and want make another job...this is second time came..and never come here...please all malaysian don't came here..if u also come...u also get what i have get..simple job but take so long time..

โ โ โ โ โ The place are quite big and organized. Recommended for all type of services especially for PROTON but only took a long time for waiting. Maybe the foreman kinda young and need extra time in process to work.

โ โ โ โ โ Second time company husband send his car for service here...we arrived at 8.10am since appointment on 8.30am.since they r d one requesting us arrived early or else will be treated like walk in customer.. Until 8.37am this place still not opened. When call their manager, he said give d key to any officer inside since I really need to go to office by 9am.. You know what, outside staff or inside staff reluctant to take our key they r saying service officer not come yet. I always come late or need to take emergency leave because of u. Please improved ur operation hour

The mechanic and the person in charge are polite, friendly and honest .. Many new lessons and Information that I get from them ... Thank you Intan Matang for your great services and Information about my vehicle...

โ โ โ โ โ My preferred choice to service my Proton cars.. Just go there early for walk-in if you don't have any appointments.. I arrived at 8:30am and was the first to arrive.. they began their services sharp at 9:00am.. the place isn't big so I recommend you to take a grab and just wait at home..
