★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to fix my dented front bumper, bonnet and head lamp. Super fast service. Got a quotation within few hours vs Toyota few days. Sent me photos of the progress while they were working on it. Very fast and good quality work. Toyota told me that since it is a “major” work, need 1-2 weeks. But it only took this great workshop 1.5 days. I sent my car on Friday morning, got it back the next day before 5pm. Dented fixed, Headlamp and the lightings fixed, paintings done and looks as good as new. Mr Kok was very professional and explained to me the details of the work. Honest and reasonable price.

Serious lack of attention to detail in dealing with major repairs.
Be cautious and alert when dealing with the adjuster/runner around this area. Both workshop and runner are often running into miscommunication. You could be better treated for what you've paid elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good . i went to toyota workshop to fix a minor scratch and dent and they told me all sorts of nonsense , telling me how they have to remove the whole part and they charged me rm1200. i did not want to pay so much for such a minor problem so i found this shop . very friendly uncle , they make my dent disappear and they covered the scratches perfectly all in less than a day and final cost was only rm280. reasonable and good service
