★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. The person in charge of Edifier Malaysia facebook page and Lazada store(the same person) may possibly be someone with a mental or learning disability. There's nothing wrong with that , its just that Edifier International has placed such an incompetent staff at the front lines of customer service. Completely and utterly useless. Staff like this is just a testament of how a brand doesn't care about customer service.
