teacher is great! but it's high cost if you driving here , parking fee is killing for a student even for standard working adult.

A nice language School offers relatively cheaper rate on language classes. Mostly dominated by Japanese language though, but they still do have some good range of language selections.

The German teacher who teachs beginner is very rude, unfriendly and lazy. He introduced himself as a typical German, which I feel ashamed for him. Basically He only give you words to memorize and never open the book tht the school wanted us to buy, of course there is a bunch of stuff he didn't teach where he supposed to in A1 level. I found a new German teacher in Sri Hartamas, very friendly, kind, has great sense of humor. My kids' German have improved a lot in months.

One of the best japanese teachers i have ever met..they are really helpful and are willing to repeat any point you didnt understand several times until all the class understands it...i was a student there from beginner 1 to advance level and i enjoyed every moment of it

I contacted ICLS regarding their Mandarin class. I asked about 5-7 questions in the beginning, they did not answer all of them. I then attempted to call them, and there was no answer (understandable, as their office is still closed due to covid but I was unaware). I sent an email asking if I could contact anyone personally to enquire more (as the email did not answer all my questions). However, this was how they responded to me: "Most of the coordinators are working from home. Therefore there is no one available to pick up the phone." They did not bother to assist me further, did not let me know that I could continue asking them about the course instead.. This was unhelpful to say the least. Why couldn't anyone assist me further on my questions regarding the course? Idk but the customer service is dissapointing.

I am learning japanese here. The teacher is kind and friendly. The syllabus is sufficient and the way the teacher teaches is creative and good to remember. The classrooms here are clean and neat, alotta rooms here. The staffs are friendly too. I suggest those who wanna study Japanese here, except the textbook, you can also buy the translated version of minna no nihongo. because there are some info missing in the original japanese version textbook. Overall, its a great learning experience here. Just do your homework, listen attentively, ask sensei if you have any question, they're very helpful, then you're good to go.
