★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you plan to send your printer fr service, u need to standby rm50 for deposit and rm80 for labour charge just to check your printer. If there is any problem with the parts, you need to pay extra for that. So if you willing to pay, u can send it.
And to the chinese staff (girl with spec), please learn to be polite to your customers. This is our first time to your shop so of course we expect explainations on your service yet you explain as though you don't care. Improve your service.
