For new buyers...if go to facility floors..
Try look inside kids playroom,study room and art room..look at paint near windows...look at playground too...its rusty
At parking area, defect is mitigated poorly.so leaking at parking area is happen again and again
Facilites are good.u can have:
-swimming pool
-games room
-kids playroom(i dont know why no aircond here)
-theater room
-study room
-meeting room
-meet & munch room(to host event like wedding etc)
-party room(to organize birthday party)
-kids art room
-gym
-dance room
-BBQ pit
-surau (for muslim prayer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at unit CNB-23-3A. The house is spacious, clean and very comfy. The beds are comfy, full amenities, complete with Wi-Fi, tv, kitchen and fridge. Very suitable for family holiday. The price is very affordable. The security is very impressive and key collection was easy.
