โ โ โ โ โ .Today I spent about an hour to try some dresses, shorts and .. find right size, set tops and bottoms, after that the lady who works in fitting room simply lost my basket! I asked one of her colleague to find my basket, she tried for 1min and said sorry! Even they did not try to help me pick my cloths again. I never ever buy anything from MidValley branch.Im not Malaysian and I felt they treated me discriminatingly

โ โ โ โ โ I ask whether they have new clothes as I need to pack as a gift...but a male employee yell at me "NO WE DONT HAVE NEW ONE, IF DONT WANT THEN DONT BUY". What is happening to Iora service quality. Very disappointed. The price of clothes or dress is average. But with this kind of price, the service quality should not be neglected. This is not a night market.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought wool material clothes and ask for a new piece instead of the display with was touched and over-stretched and tried by others. Cashier by the name of Nigel turned me down by saying all displayed are new. You are a branded chain and you gave this kind of service attitude. Other stores will get a new piece automatically even if you donโt ask. If you got no budget to get your staffs for customer service training, ask them to shop around to update their service knowledge. What a backdated outlet! Never stepped in again.
