★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2019, my iPhone XR completely bricked upon two weeks of returning from my trip to the states. All of my pictures from the trip were gone. I approached Apple but they could only offer me a replacement unit or to change the motherboard, either way I would lose all of my data. I Googled frantically and exhausted all options but to no avail until I came across Mr. Lim’s website. Initially skeptical, I watched Mr. Lim’s YouTube videos and found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. I then shipped my phone to him in KL and he was able to do what many couldn’t - restore my bricked phone back to its original state without any data loss. Up until this day it is still a story that I tell others facing the same issue with their iPhones. I’m extremely grateful to Mr. Lim for his help and would highly recommend his services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone X is having an Apple logo keep restart problem. Had sent to Apple Center but they can't do anything said that is motherboard problem. Send to this shop and they help me do checking and repair, of course have to pay, but they recovered back my phone and use for few months it still all okay. Good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I am the owner for the account Wenjie Tan and Munjie Tan. The reason I posted third time is my story get hided by Google. And this will be my last round posting this as I am going to report in Consumer Tribunal Malaysia. This shop will not admit their fault, maybe RM960 is small money to other people but that is my money.
They are replying Google review so fast but never reply on WhatsApp. Already noticed the problem from a customer that trusted you, but not helping him instead he accuse me as a fake ID Chinese name and saying I send a WhatsApp message after working hour, hello, Lim saying any question please send there and he will reply ASAP. Can reply Google review within 1 hour during off times but cannot reply me in WhatsApp, real funny. Maybe you will say, Lim is boss, he will not reply WhatsApp, but what funny is all the time I am dealing with him and he can reply my WhatsApp during off times but after noticed the problem, he disappear!!!
Faulted me never send back for them to repair. Sorry about that, this repair need mutual agree right? Lim is not reply at all and no solution provided to me, how I going to send back just like this?

I brought this iPhone for their repair all the way from Sri Lanka and rest assured I will be bringing the other devices I have for repairs to them. Glad that I was able to locate them on google and no regrets. I will for sure be passing on the recommendation to everyone whom I know who has an Apple product and out of warranty issues. These guys are absolute pros.
