Staff like Mr Andy 010xxx8228 should not be at the sales position / frontline bcos he seems to lost his patient easily when client ask for more info of their selling car. To my surprise, he is very rude and as chinese saying goes, he even greet your mother during the conversation. And towards the end of conversation, he even accused the client is the one who started all these. To my opinion, if you have nothing to hide, why is the need to dogde away from all the Q's n started to rise your voice. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE...
