★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service given at iPhoto shop. Went in where a hello or welcome would be nice but it was a 'meh si' which roughly translates (given I'm not a Cantonese speaker) to 'what's the problem'.
My DSLR bought from them was in for a good half year for repairs with no follow ups given having called them, I was frequently told over call to them that it is on the way back.
When I was finally called to pick my camera up, the strap & battery went missing. I enquired about it and the man first shifted the blame to supplier then said they weren't handed in to begin with.
Lesson learnt, remember to take pictures of everything prior to sending your camera in or make things simpler by going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT buy anything from this place. I bought a Microflash brand 64GB SD card for my Samsung Tab A for RM140 that broke 3 days after. I thought maybe I just happened to get a defected product and it had a 5yr warranty so I went back to get it fixed/get a new one/whatever solution the store would have for me. They said they'll be in contact with the distributor and that they'd get back to me. I thought, ok fine, and went back home. After waiting and waiting for a week and never hearing back I decided to go back there. After one week, they still hadn't heard back. I decided to push and ask for definite date I could come back. He made a call and said the next Thursday.
Thursday noon I came back and he gave me a new one. Same brand, exactly the same. I put it into my Samsung tab and started using it. When I wanted to pull the data I have moved to the SD card, it said it wasn't detected.
So I came back to the store and asked for a refund he said that he could not do that because the SD card had warranty. Then I told him that I didn't want the same thing anymore because it's just going to break. So.. cannot refund. Cannot change to a different brand. All he said was that the distributor is going to call me tomorrow.
No solution. Bad customer service. Sell bad quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent them 4 photos to print (not 40, not 400) and when grab delivered it, one was missing and one was printed twice ??♀️ informed them and they printed the replacement off our whatsapp snapshot which was super low res, instead of the original email attachment we sent. Sigh. Luckily I picked it up myself, so could walk back in to get a third one printed. Harvey norman could have gotten the job done in 15 mins. Would like to support a local shop but efficiency and accuracy is important to me so won't be back.

The embassy accepted the picture for my passport so I am happy and I would come again. Anyways, the picture was a little bit too much edited for my taste.
