β β β β β One of my favourite hotels with very friendly and polite staffs provides good services to all customers. Varieties of restaurants, food stalls, shops and others too available in this area. You will love this place too as it is nearby the frim kepong waterfall n hiking area. I love this place very much. Tq.

β β β β β The worst hotel I've stayed in this far. Rooms are untidy, cockroaches everywhere including the air-conditioned, unfriendly staff members.. When I complained to the staff that there are cockroaches in the room and the air-conditioning at 2am, the Staff had the audacity to tell me why didn't I complain earlier when I checked in.. A reasonable person would know that a complaint can only be lodged when the problem occurs. When I checked in, there were no such problem, hence how could I have foreseen the said problem to lodge a complaint earlier.

β β β β β Went there with my family for deepavali holiday. i booked the room through their official website. I booked a 2 queen bed room and paid for it. When i went there, they said the room is not available and will clean it for us.. so i waited and when i went into my room, it was 1 queen bed and 2 single bed. I went to the staff to clarify this and demanded to change it into what was advertised, they simply said if you don't like you can take the refund and leave. Very rude staffs and poor customer service.. and the room smells..

β β β β β When i checked out i found that i left my clothes on the bed. When i call back FO said that housekeeping didn't found any clothes if found will informed FO. Keep mentioned that didn't found but now i found my gallery have the photo to prove that I really left on the bed. So when can give me the solution????

β β β β β Me and my family book 2 rooms. We arrived late around 7pm. But the rooms were not ready yet. Although there were no guests staying before us. We're tired and hungry and we had to wait for a while for the rooms to get cleaned. When we entered the rooms, there was an unpleasant smell and the floor is wet. Very bad housekeeping I won't stay here anymore. Please improve.

β β β β β Pillow cover very smelly like not even change before other customer use , AC sound and really disturbing , some cockroach inside our clothes hang to the wall and wardrobe , some hair fall on the bed , floor and toilet right after we open the door . only towel smell is good , the rest still need to improve . even if we stay a night , for sure we expected place at least comfy and silent to rest for paid .
