★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst city council in the state of Perak. All housing areas drainage is 70% blocked , when complain only come after 2months. And after clearing the dirt , its been left there for few weeks and when rain it goes into the drain to where it came from.
No proper handling of road lights that belong to DBI. Really don't understand whats their strategy. DBI is not like the days back in 90's.
People were happily paying up their quit rents but not now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already 5 days nvr come pick the garbage in my taman...the whole street garbage is infront my house...last time every monday, Wednesday,friday tey will come...now it has been 5 days...the dogs all make a mess at the garbage n its smelling...wat for we public paying the mbi money for..cnt do proper work...makan gaji buta...if u all cnt work no need ask public to pay ur mbi money...very bad management

When they can come and pick up rubbish to my neighbours taman what is wrong to come to our area which is not even 3mins distance far... Calls are not been answered very stupid and irresponsible.. Is has been 2 weeks and the rubbish is keep increasing... Come on larrr use ur brain to think.. Ppl are celebrating Hari Raya how u aspect them to celebrate with full of rubbish infront of their house... Come larr ppl think... Nama je pekerja government useless...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renew license supposed to be can make it at utc perak written behind on the license, after tht the officer told me Main office open until 5pm I reach there at 4.31pm before I go I check in online is also write 5pm
After I reach the main office the security told me office close at 430pm what kind of the genius apartment in government wasting my time, time is very valuable. Gnn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been complaining about trimming the tree in front of my house for one year. I complained three times via e aduan, they even have the guts/face to say the work has been finished whilst no job has been done. (I have photo evidence). when u call to complain , all the phone no I called is not answered. When u call a general line, u just keep on pressing 0 and no one pick up ur call. Come on. What have you been doing. If I can give 0 or negative star, I will.
